- Border closures or quarantine requirements that prevent 30% or more booked guests from attending<

TOUR OR EVENT CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 35 DAYS AND 14 DAYS OF DEPARTURE:
PREMIER GOLF TOURS will postpone the tour and advise new dates. Clients will have the choice of transferring their booking and funds paid to the new tour or event dates or a future use credit redeemable for any tour or event offered by PREMIER GOLF TOURS. Refund requests will be paid out as per the following schedule:
35 DAYS – 28 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE: Funds Paid Issued as 20% credit + 70% refunded
27 DAYS – 21 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE: Funds Paid Issued as 25% credit + 60% refunded
20 DAYS – 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE: Funds Paid Issued as 30% credit + 50% refunded
TOUR OR EVENT CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 14 DAYS OF DEPARTURE:
Refund amounts will be subject to the contracted terms and conditions of each supplier. Refund amounts will be paid to you on receipt from suppliers.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION ONCE YOUR TOUR OR EVENT COMMENCES:
Refund amounts will be subject to the contracted terms and conditions of each supplier. Refund amounts will be paid to you on receipt from suppliers. PREMIER GOLF TOURS will not be responsible for any forfeiture of package inclusions, changes to travel arrangements or any financial loss.
THE PREMIER GOLF TOURS DIFFERENCE:
At no stage will PREMIER GOLF TOURS charge any administration fees as a result of tour or event cancellation due to the reasons outlined in the above policies.
